Yerevan, October 12 /Mediamax/. The cooperation of banking communities of Armenia and Russia is at a quite high level. The President of the Association of Russian Banks Garegin Tosunian said this, asked by Mediamax at a news conference in Yerevan, October 11. According to Tosunian, as compared to other post-soviet states, the cooperation of the Armenian and Russian banking sectors is quite developed. The President of the Association of Russian Banks voiced an opinion that Armenia and Kazakhstan stand out in CIS by the level of banking sphere development. Talking about the prospects of the development of relations, Garegin Tosunian stated that “we would like to see a more active cooperation of the Russian and Armenian banking communities in all the directions” and stressed that there are no obstacles in the way.
