Sberbank and Rambler&Co in partnership with founders of UCS software for hospitality industry Grigory Gurevich and Eugene Malakhov have created a joint venture to allow users to order food before arriving at a restaurant.Citing a Sberbank representative, Vedomosti reports that the new platform for restaurant market is called Foodplex. Customers can book a table, order and pay for the food before arriving at the restaurant, leave cashless tips for waiters and order home delivery via the platform.The enterprise has been registered as a legal entity in recent days. The cofounders are Sberbank subsidiary Digital Assets (41% share in authorized capital), Rambler Internet Holding (33.14%), Grigory Gurevich (13.71%) and Eugene Malakhov (12.15%).GHP Group is to become another Foodplex partner by autumn.
