Araratbank announced the 10th issue of coupon bonds by the Company during a press conference held at NASDAQ OMX Armenia.

Araratbank issued 80,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of USD 25, coupon rate of 7.00% and maturity of 2 years. Placement of the bonds will take place from November 25 till December 01, 2015.

The bonds will be listed in "NASDAQ OMX Armenia" Stock Exchange and valued through market-maker. Market participants will have the opportunity to buy and sell foreign currency bonds as well as perform repo transactions.

Coupon payments will be made quarterly.

Mr. David Haruthunyan, Deputy CEO, Araratbank, noted that any individual or legal entity can purchase these bonds by referring to Araratbank’s headquarter or branches.

Presenting the results of previous releases he said that Araratbank is the most active participant in the market, and taking into account the demand of the previous editions, the bank offers dollar-denominated bonds this time as well.

118 trades were made, with AMD 704 mln thorough bonds issued by Araratbank.

“The funds from the 10th issue of coupon will be directed to economy, mainly small and medium enterprises”, he said.
