Visa, the global leader in digital payments, has successfully concluded the second wave of She’s Next Empowered by Visa initiative, featuring online masterclasses for women entrepreneurs in Armenia in partnership with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

The series of online masterclasses equipped over 120 local women entrepreneurs with essential skills and knowledge to grow their businesses, empowering female-led enterprises and fostering greater inclusion in the Armenian economy.

The educational program, which ran from December 2 to December 12, featured eight expert-led sessions covering key business topics such as team management, fundraising, navigating legislation, increasing sales, effective communication, pitching, and maintaining competitiveness. Conducted in Armenian via Zoom, the masterclasses attracted active and aspiring women entrepreneurs from across the country, offering them a convenient and accessible platform to learn and engage.
 
The She’s Next Empowered by Visa initiative was launched in Armenia in March 2024, aiming to boost women’s participation in the economy and support the growth of female-owned small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
