The total volume of this issue makes AMD 500,000,000, the nominal value – 50 thousand AMD, maturity 3 years, and coupon yield of 11%. The repayment term is on September 2, 2011.

Coupons are paid once in 6 months. “Valletta” LLC bonds (VALTB2 and VALTB3) were moved from Bbond exchange list to Cbond free market on August 6, 2009. The company accounted this for the wish to cut down fixed costs.
