Loan guarantees provided by the "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship Development National Center of Armenia" (SME DNC of Armenia) allows solvent entrepreneurs to receive loans under conditions of pledge shortage and low liquidity, which is vital for SMEs in country’s regions and bordering areas.
The SME DNC of Armenia allows entrepreneurs to qualify for loans by guaranteeing up to 70% of the principal loan for up to 3 years. The maximum amount guaranteed cannot exceed 10 million drams.
The partners of SME DNC of Armenia are the Agricultural Cooperative Bank of Armenia (ACBA), Anelik Bank, Ardshininvestbank, Inecobank and Unibank.
The Loan Guarantees Provision Program is implemented mainly in the distant and bordering regions of Armenia.
