License N7 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
The founders of the company are American businessman of Armenian decent Nshan Atinizian and Davit Atanesyan.
Since October, 2006, the organization has been participating in the German KfW bank program “Stable Development of the Mortgage Market”.
Since June, 2008, “First Mortgage Company” has been participating in mortgage lending program of Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC, USA).
Since June, 2008, the Company has been a member of a program, realized jointly with “Habitat for Humanity” Foundation.
Since October, 2009, “First Mortgage Company” has been cooperating with the “National Mortgage Company” in realizing a mortgage lending program.
