“Sil-Insurance” Company was set up in March, 2000. At present it functions under N 0004 (0033) license of the Central Bank of Armenia, issued on 25.03.08.

The Company, founded by Sukiasyan family, has 5 shareholders (20% of shares each): Khachatur Sukiasyan, Saribek Sukiasyan, Eduard Sukiasyan, Robert Sukiasyan and “Armeconombank” OJSC.

“Sil-Insurance” functions in the sphere of Non-Life insurance and offers the following insurance services to individuals and legal entities:

- Personal accident insurance
- Motor insurance
- Transporting property (cargo) insurance
- Fire and natural disaster property insurance
- Other damages property insurance
- Liability insurance in connection with motor use
- General liability insurance
- Finance losses insurance

Insurance risks of “Sil-Insurance” are reinsured in the following international reinsurance companies: SCOR, Polish Re, Ingosstrakh, Rosgosstrakh, Sava, Ace European Group Limited, Navigators Insurance company, CSL Syndicate, Lloyd's Syndicate 1084 (CSL).

Authorized capital stock of “Sil-Insurance” makes 500mln AMD.
