Established in 1995 within the framework of the bilateral agreement on Partnership, friendship and neighborly relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Islamic Republic of Iran, signed in 1992.
License N78 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
The bank is the member of the Union of Banks of Armenia.
The only owner of 100% bank capital is the Iranian “Mellat” state bank.
As of 30 June 2010: total capital - 7 326 789 thousand dram, the assets - 19 872 724 thousand dram, the liabilities - 12 545 935 thousand dram.
