The Armenian-Russian Export-Import Bank was established in 1998 to support the entrepreneurship and manage the financial flows between Russia and Armenia.
License N80 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued on 5 August 1998.
Russian “Gazprombank” (Open Joint Stock Company) is the 100% shareholder of “Areximbank – Gazprombank Group” CJC
The bank is the principal member of VISA International and Master Card International payment systems, payment agent of American Express, and the member of SWIFT system.
From October 2006 the bank participates in the German KfW bank program “Stable Development of the Mortgage Market”.
As of 31 December 2009: total capital - 14 015 791 thousand dram, the assets - 39 025 080 thousand dram, the liabilities - 25 009 289 thousand dram.
