"Ameriabank" CJSC, former "Armimpexbank" CJSC, is the legal successor of the latter, which was established in 1910 as Yerevan branch of the Caucasus Trade Bank.
License N50 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued on 8 September 1992.
99.9956044 % of the shares of bank belong to TDA Holging Limited Fund - affilitated company of Russian "Troika Dialogue" Company. The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Armenia participates in the chartered capital of the bank. In June 2008 renamed to "Ameriabank" CJSC.
The bank is the member of international MasterCard, Visa and national “ArCa” payment systems. It is the agent of Contact, Money Gram, Leader, Inter Express, Migom international money transfer systems.
As of 31 December 2009: total capital - 21 724 192 thousand dram, the assets - 103 503 038 thousand dram, the liabilities - 81 778 846 thousand dram.
